Introduction
Decree No. 2019-768 of July 24, 2019, concerning accessibility for persons with disabilities to online public communication services, published on July 25, 2019, sets out the obligations regarding the accessibility of agent sites and the website https://www.af-inspire-connect.com/.
Accessibility in Bpifrance’s Digital Strategy
Digital accessibility is at the heart of concerns related to the development and provision of websites or mobile applications, both for our clients and internal staff, thus contributing to Bpifrance’s policy of integrating people with disabilities.
What is Digital Accessibility ?
An accessible website is one that allows people with disabilities to access its content and features without difficulty. For example, an accessible site enables:
• Navigation using a screen reader and/or a braille display (commonly used by blind or visually impaired individuals).
• Customization of the site’s display according to user needs (text enlargement, color adjustments, etc.).
• Navigation without using a mouse (using only the keyboard, via a touchscreen, by voice, or any other adapted device).
To achieve this, the site must comply with current standards during its development and updates.
Corrective Measures
• All non-compliances identified through audits or quick checks will be classified according to their severity: blocking, major, minor. Whenever possible, blocking issues will be addressed first, along with those identified as quick and easy to fix.
• For each issue, a dedicated correction team will be assigned, and standardized correction requests will be created.
Annual Action Plans
Compliance work and actions to promote digital accessibility are planned annually in action plans.
We have developed a multi-year plan aimed at improving the accessibility of our website.
This plan includes the following steps :
• Action Plan 2025
o Use disability personas to check the criteria of the quick audit according to RGAA standards.
o Correct non-compliances.
o Conduct an accessibility audit of the site.
• Action Plan 2026
o Use disability personas to check the criteria of the complementary audit according to RGAA standards.
o Correct non-compliances.
• Action Plan 2027
o Correct non-compliances.
