Marie-Laure was closely involved in the creation of STOA in 2017. Since then, she has been instrumental in driving the company’s expansion across Africa and Latin America, achieving the deployment of € 700 million commitments with 22 investees and securing €300 million additional funds from existing shareholders to pursue the venture.
Marie-Laure brings a solid track record of delivering IPP, PPP, concession and private projects to completion and of achieving true operating and financial performance. She also brings international experience in emerging markets and infrastructure and energy sectors acquired over more than 25 years.
She places great emphasis on developing lasting relationships with clients, business partners, authorities, and teams.
Marie-Laure’s proven practice of executive and non-executive corporate governance both in France and abroad, and an ability to transform, develop with vision and lead multi-disciplinary teams make her a natural fit as STOA transitions into a new and more entrepreneurial venture – one that will be both demanding and rewarding.
