Résumé :

The Africa Forward Summit highlights a strategic partnership between France and Kenya focused on shared digital and AI development rather than traditional development aid. By prioritizing collaborative infrastructure, research, and talent mobility, the initiative seeks to foster an "intelligent economy" that empowers African developers and businesses. Both nations aim to move beyond mere declarations by leveraging concrete, win-win business partnerships to build a future-oriented, independent digital ecosystem. This summary was generated by AI.
