Africa Forward Community
The Africa Forward Community (formerly Afrique France Entrepreneurs) is a pan‑African and French digital business initiative launched in 2021 following the New Africa–France Summit in Montpellier, in response to the expectations expressed by African and French diasporas, local private‑sector stakeholders, and civil society representatives.
Through its digital community hosted on EuroQuity, Bpifrance's matchmaking platform, it aims to guide entrepreneurs through Team France’s support and financing ecosystem, while facilitating business and networking opportunities via Africa–France and Africa–Africa B2B matchmaking.
Co‑led by French public operators (the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs – MEAE, Bpifrance, the AFD Group, Business France and Chambers of Commerce) and more than 25 local African partners, the community is built on a shared Africa–France co‑governance model and brings together members from over 41 African countries, spanning more than 15 strategic sectors.
